Bike Rental Details
The Biltmore Estate Company offers bike rental daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The rental fee includes bicycle, an estate bike pass, helmet, trail map and basic instruction. Guests of bike rentals are required to check in at the Explore Biltmore Outdoor Center. The rental cost is $10 for one hour, $20 for half-day (up to 4 hours) and $40 for a full day (up to 8 hours). These prices are in addition to the initial estate admission fee.

Some of the most popular activities in Cancun are visits to the sites of ancient Mayan ruins. While many visitors are aware of the world-famous Chichen Itza and plenty of tours visit nearby Tulum, archaeologists and those in the know often recommend a forgotten Mayan city. Deep in the Mexican jungle rests the city of Coba, an expansive complex of stone structures and winding roads. Due to its remote location, Coba wasn’t explored by archeologists until the 1920s and remains mostly unexcavated. However, realizing the cultural value of the site, the local government constructed a modern road to the site in the 1970s and tours have grown in popularity ever since.

Ludhiana is situated on the Amritsar-Delhi Grand Trunk Road. New Delhi, Amritsar, Chandigarh and other major cities in Punjab are well linked with Ludhiana through road. The city lies about 305 km northwest of Delhi and is 100 km away from Chandigarh.
Ludhiana is on the banks of River Sutlej. in 1481, Ludhiana used to be an insignificant village that was under Yodha, Gupta and Rajput rule for centuries. It was much later during the rule of Maharaja Ranjit Singhji that Ludhiana began developing. In the later years British captured and developed it as it stands today. It has 500-year old Lodhi Fort that was constructed by the Sikander Lodhi when he ruled the plains near River Sutlej.

Just arrived home from Switzerland and I am already missing it. Switzerland with all its scenic beauty,cow bells and marvelous and ever-ready to help people. One of my husbands’ friend had already been to Switzerland and he provided us with a tour plan for four days. We had four days and there was so much to do and see. We tried to squeeze in everything that we could. Instead of staying at a hotel in Inerlaken (it was suggested by our friend and all the Indian crowd invariably land there). Interlaken is in the center of Switzerland, so it can be made base for the tour, but my husband had already talked to his friend in Lausanne and we stayed there for our trip.Lausanne is the Olympic Capital” since 1994. It is home to the Olympic Museum, the most visited site in Switzerland. Bjart Ballet of Lausanne is world-famous.

I have encountered many vacation home owners who rent without a written contract. They do so at their own risk. Not all campers come equipped with camper awnings. Camper awnings can act as a sunshade or shelter from a light rain in many cases. An awning is an incredibly useful feature to have when spending great amount of time in the great outdoors.
